All Invoices must be submitted by 5:00 pm on the “Invoice Submit Date.” This ensures enough time to have Land Bank staff inspect the property and approve the invoice for payment. Checks will be available after 1:00 pm on the “Check Release Date” and will be mailed to the address on your invoice. 

 


Request for Qualifications & Proposals 

Packet #ICLB 10-0717:  Title Company Services

 

 

 

The Ingham County Land Bank (ICLB) is seeking quotes to perform Title Company Services for the acquisition or sale of selected properties funded through The Ingham County Land Bank and MSHDA’S Neighborhood Stabilization Program II and located in Ingham County.  The successful bidder will review the scope of services and provide a schedule of fees that is inclusive of all services and expenses delineated in the attached proposal.

 

The successful bidder will be responsible for providing professional title services to buy and sell up to 100 properties within the next (36) Thirty six months. One or more bidders may be selected.

 

Proposals must be in the Land Bank office located at 422 Adams Street, Lansing, Michigan 48906 or mailed to P. O. Box 27609, Lansing, MI 48909 by 4:30 pm on July 26, 2010.
