All Invoices must be submitted by 5:00 pm on the “Invoice Submit Date.” This ensures enough time to have Land Bank staff inspect the property and approve the invoice for payment. Checks will be available after 1:00 pm on the “Check Release Date” and will be mailed to the address on your invoice.

The Ingham County Land Bank is seeking quotes for Commercial Appraisal Services for various properties located in Ingham County.
The successful bidder will propose a per appraisal price that will include the tasks delineated in the bid packet including determination of fair market value with description of the three approaches to market value and a highest and best use analysis of each property.
Proposals must be in the Land Bank office located at 422 Adams Street, Lansing, Michigan 48906 by 5:00PM on Wednesday, February 3, 2010.

for properties in Ingham County
The Ingham County Land Bank is seeking quotes for a Comprehensive Residential Energy Audit Services as listed on the attached request for quote at various properties funded through HUD’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program and located in Ingham County.
The successful bidder will propose a per report price that will include the tasks delineated in the attached request.
The bid should include an estimate of the time frame necessary to conclude an average survey and issue a complete report to the Land Bank.
Quotes must be in the Land Bank office located at 422 Adams Street, Lansing, Michigan 48906 by noon on January 27, 2010.

for properties listed in the attached document
The Ingham County Land Bank is seeking quotes for the Identification and Marking of Hazardous Materials as listed on the attached request for quote at various properties located in Ingham County. The City of Lansing may also review submitted quotes and utilize this procurement process to award other projects to the successful bidder.
The successful bidder will propose a per house price that will include the tasks delineated in the attached proposal including the identification of materials, as well as the marking of location of that material in anticipation for the removal of the material prior to the demolition and disposal of the listed properties.
The bid should include an estimate of the time frame necessary to conclude the survey and issue a complete report to the Land Bank.
The successful bidder will also include a per hour cost for the oversight of the removal of the identified material including the post removal inspection of the property.
Quotes must be in the Land Bank office located at 422 Adams Street, Lansing, Michigan 48906 by noon on Thursday, February 4, 2010.
